The Northwell centers let you reserve a spot online.

Why the hospital also matters

Stony Brook Southampton Hospital’s emergency department runs a Fast Track service for non-life-threatening problems such as colds, sore throats and coughs, according to Stony Brook Southampton’s campus health page. The hospital’s emergency department and the East Hampton emergency department are open 24/7, which urgent care centers are not.
