This policy describes what Hamptons Year Round, published by Liberty Design Studio, collects when you read it. The site is written for readers in the United States and does not show a consent banner.
What we measure
- Google Analytics 4. The site loads Google Analytics to count visits, pages and outbound clicks. It records the page address without query strings, the referring site’s origin and clicks on links to other sites, including links to Hamptons Key. Google Analytics sets its own cookies and handles the data under its own terms.
- Opting out. Add
?overseer_internal=1to any page address to mark a browser as internal for a year, which stops measurement. The site also sends nothing for automated browsers and crawlers. - Cloudflare. The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes requests to deliver pages and keep the site secure.
Sponsored placements
Pages may show a card labeled Sponsored. The ad service, run by Liberty Design Studio at libertydesign.studio, returns which campaign to show. When a card is on screen for a moment, a small impression record is sent to the ad service: the campaign, the placement, a random view ID, the page path and basic traffic classification. The site does not use advertising cookies; the ad code keeps a small first-party storage item in your browser so one card is not counted twice within 30 minutes. Clicks on a card go to the advertiser through a tracked link.
The advertising inquiry form
The form on the advertise page sends the details you type to Liberty Design Studio. A Cloudflare Turnstile check protects it. We use the details to reply to your inquiry.
Links to other sites
Pages link to government, school, hospital, utility and sister-site pages, and to Hamptons Key. Those sites have their own policies.
